Due to the nature of the product as a garment/undergarment, - we can not provide returns or exchanges -. After package has been opened and item is no longer sealed in its original packaging
1.2 Eligibility
Only, boxes and products damaged at delivery can initiate an exchange with Proof of incident, Photo, date etc.
How to Initiate a Return?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at contact@gettheguy.com to request a Return Authorization RA number.
Pack the items securely, including all original tags and packaging. Mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
1.3 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless
the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or
defective item).
2. Exchanges Only - No Refunds
2.1 Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be
processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
